Course Overview

This course will provide an understanding of the fundamental principles and concepts of mineral policy in relation to the environment. It will also establish a healthy framework for the ideal balance between the exigencies of the sector and to sustainability issues.

The participants will acquire new skills and knowledge about leading practices in environmental management in the energy & mining industry. The overall aim is to build the

capacity of participants to oversee development of minerals and energy resources in an environmentally responsible manner.
