Conflicts invariably arise between individuals in an organisation, between organisational components, or between institutions. A manager’s inability to effectively deal with anger and conflict in the workplace may result in a large loss of productivity and adversely impact on others who work there. In the same vein, difficult behaviour, which comes in several forms such as- rudeness, slow working, verbal abuse, bullying- can hinder performance in other employees and will become worse if ignored.
For this course, participants will get to understand specific systematic approaches used to create skills to handle emotional traps that hinder boundaries, and break the cycle that ultimately dissolves communication.
