Business Impact Analysis is a systematic process to determining and evaluating the potential effects of interruption(s) to prioritised business operations in the event of disaster, accident, or emergency. Participants in this course will be well founded to identify the impact of various forms of business interruptions, procedures used to evaluate and qualify impacts, categorise time-critical functions and dependencies as well as develop recovery priorities and plans.
